When the electric actuator is installed and debugged on site, it is necessary to strictly follow the instructions of the operation. The first device under the guidance of the manufacturer, especially the adjustment of the limit stroke of the stabilizer, should ensure that the organization is not closed under satisfactory conditions. Too strict or too large, causing stuck. In practice, it is often affected by on-site messy conditions, such as structural deformation caused by high temperature, excessive differential pressure, corrosion and wear and valve sticking, causing electric performance of the organization motor overheating or maintenance actions.


Regarding this kind of problem, firstly, the electric actuator control form is cut into the "manual operation" control situation by hand-operator, and it is directly given manually to see if the electric organization is correctly performed. If the "manual operation" is normal, then go to "automatic operation", that is, input 4 ~ 20mA signal to operate, to see if it is normal; if "manual operation" is not normal, you should check whether the organization's electrical control part is normal, conditioning organization Whether it is stuck or not, remove the damper connecting rod and see if the fulfilment can operate normally without load.
