Use of electric actuators

Date:Jan 10, 2019

When it comes to the use of electric actuators, it is actually the conversion of the motor's rotary motion into the desired operation (straight-line operation / rotary operation) to achieve the operation of the electric actuator. And with remote control function, local control function, can be operated electrically or manually.

The basic actuator is used to drive the valve to a fully open or fully closed position. The actuator used to control the valve is able to accurately move the valve to any position. Although most actuators are used to switch valves, today's actuators are designed to go far beyond simple switching functions, including position sensing, torque sensing, electrode protection, logic control, and digital communication modules. And PID control modules, etc., and these devices are all installed in a compact housing.

The electric actuator is a driving device for various types of electric valves in the rotary control system. It is used to control the opening and closing of the valve. It is suitable for valves with angular strokes such as butterfly valves, ball valves and dampers. It can accurately operate according to control commands. The valve is an indispensable drive for remote control, centralized control and automatic control.
