The flue gas baffle door is mainly used in the flue gas desulfurization system absorption tower inlet, outlet or bypass flue, or in the flue gas denitration and flue gas dedusting system, the damper baffle usually adopts the louver double-layer baffle structure, the damper Special sealing device is adopted, the sealing performance is good, and the air leakage rate of the muffler safety valve muffler is ≤0.1%. The actuator can be electrically or pneumatically operated for long-range operation, and the opening and closing time can be set as needed.

Note: Before installing the flue gas baffle door, you must strictly read the installation instructions provided by the manufacturer and install it by professional after-sales technicians, otherwise it will cause more serious consequences. Since the area where the flue is connected to the flapper vane is a dangerous area, the flue gas should stop flowing in the flue before the installation, commissioning, maintenance or inspection of the flue gas baffle door, and ensure that the actuator is de-energized. Prevent the actuator from malfunctioning. At the same time, we should take countermeasures to ensure the safety of the installation and maintenance personnel. Otherwise, blade operation can cause particularly serious injuries.

The flue gas baffle should have an on/off function. The speed of the actuator should meet the operating requirements of the sintering machine and the flue gas fan. The indication of the open position will be used for the limit switch of the booster fan and the sintering machine. These limit switches will not be limited by the switch with the drive.

The baffle includes a frame, double plates, actuators and baffles to seal all necessary seals, controls and the like for the air and sealing system.

The flue baffle frame shall be mounted with a bolted flange connection. The baffle shaft should be made of the appropriate grade of steel, with special attention to the design of the frame, shaft and support to prevent dust from entering and deformation or degradation due to high temperatures.

I. Overview of desulfurization flapper products

The flue gas desulfurization baffle damper is imported and produced by foreign advanced technology. The desulfurization baffle door is used in the flue gas desulfurization system absorption tower inlet, outlet or bypass flue, or used in flue gas denitration and flue gas dedusting system, stainless steel desulfurization The panel door usually adopts a louver double-layer baffle structure, and the double-layer baffle is sealed between the baffles when the switch is turned off, so as to isolate and shut off the flue gas.

Second, the performance characteristics of the desulfurization baffle door:

1. The desulfurization flapper adopts a single-shaft double-baffle structure with sealed air.

2. The connection mode of the flue gas baffle drive device and the damper is direct connection, which is directly connected to the damper body. The protection level of the actuator and the junction box is not lower than IP65.

3. The flue gas baffle seal wind pressure is at least 0.5 kPa higher than the flue gas * pressure, and the fan design has sufficient capacity and pressure head. The outlet of the sealed fan is equipped with a check valve, which is strictly closed to ensure that the standby state of the standby fan does not reverse.

4. Each set of FGD two sealed fans (one transport and one standby) has one control cabinet, and the two fans are interlocked with each other. The electric charger is equipped with a separate control cabinet and interlocked with the fan.

Third, the performance characteristics of the desulfurization flue gas bypass baffle door.

  1. The single-shaft driven double louvered baffle structure is designed with a sealed chamber for introducing sealed air in the middle of the double-layer blade, and the sealing air above the flue gas pressure of 500 Pa is introduced into the baffle to form a sealed air isolation between the double-layer baffles. Layer, blocking the passage of the smoke stream.

  2. The damper opening and closing time is ≤60S (can be selected according to user requirements).

  3. The exterior is designed with a linkage mechanism that allows several blades to be turned on or off simultaneously.

  4.  The double louvered baffle door has reasonable design structure, good blade rigidity, stable and reliable operation, and louvered baffle blade sealing type: elastic sealing and air sealing.

  5. The double baffle is designed with a sealed air inlet valve, and the sealing efficiency of the baffle door is 100% after the sealing air is introduced.

  6. Drive mode: pneumatic or electric.

  7.  The drive unit is usually mounted in a direct-coupled connection with the damper.

  8.  The electric device adopts electromechanical integration products, has torque protection and limit device and can remotely control operation. The electric device also has hand and electric switching functions for installation, debugging and maintenance.

  9. Connection of the damper to the pipe: flange seal welded joint or flange bolted connection.

    The adjusting baffle damper adopts a steel plate compression welded structure, and the blade is a streamlined diamond-shaped structure with sharp corners at both ends, which can change the distribution of the airflow wake. The adjustment characteristic is in the range of 25°~75° blade opening degree, and the drag coefficient is approximately linear proportional to the opening degree; the damper has electric, manual, pneumatic and other driving modes; there are local, remote control, centralized control and other control methods. .

    For the damper of the positive pressure hot air system, the shaft end bearing is equipped with a sealed air interface, which can be connected to the sealed air to block the heat inside and outside.

    The damper has two types of structure: normal type and sealed type. The ordinary type of regulating door only serves as a regulating function and must be used in conjunction with other types of insulated doors; the sealed type regulating door has an adjusting function and an insulating function. For small capacity units, the shut-off damper or the isolation door can be omitted.

    The two sides of the blade of the sealed damper and the two sides of the frame are pressed with a stainless steel sealing piece. When the blade is closed, the steel pipe and the inner side of the frame are closely adhered to ensure the sealing effect, and the thermal expansion generated when the blade is heated is absorbed.
