Product Overview
The series of electric regulating valve is combined with IQseries linear travel electric actuator and regulating valve.
The electric actuator outputs the axial thrust, which makes the valve core move accordingly, so as to adjust the process parameters such as pressure, flow, temperature and liquid level. The valve body has compact structure, small pressure drop loss, large flow, wide adjustable range, high accuracy of flow characteristic curve, and meets the IEC534-1-1976 standard.The valve core guide area is large, the shock resistance is good, the seat leakage is in accordance with ANSIB16.106 standard.
The actuator is the propulsion unit, which is powered by power and output thrust.The valve part is the adjusting part, contacting with the medium directly, regulating medium flow.
The ZRLP type single valve adopts a sealing surface, so the leakage volume is small, but the unbalanced thrust on the stem is large, which is suitable for the small pressure difference. ZRLN type double-seat valve with two sealing structure, so the leak quantity is big, but their role in the imbalance thrust on the valve stem is lesser, allow the pressure difference is bigger, compared with the sleeve valve, the valve is suitable for the medium viscosity larger occasions.This series of valves are widely used in chemical industry, petroleum, metallurgy, power plant and other industrial sectors.
